[Grass / Water] Seaweed Pokémon
A much rarer cousin of the regular Hoppip. They drift alongside the sea currents. They are curious and very friendly, sometime to a fault.

I'm am a beginner at digital drawing. I really struggle with the shading and especially the texture of the water (which is kind of awful tbh). Still I like the overall result and I hope you will too.
