A Salamance whos evolution partially failed so its wings didnt properly develop, one is stunted and small while the other is massive. So it cant fly. However due to the it started to use its wing like a sword to protect itself from others, the wing hardened over time creating a proper blade. Due to it being only on the ground its shell also hardened from being dragged.
