I know this is kind is a "pot vs. kettle" situation, but it's frustrating for me as a part-time spoofer, too. I live in a tiny rural town with no other players, so I sometimes spoof into Max raids for things I can't get on my own. I use the best counters I have, I try to have a good tank with a good fast move, and generally pull my weight in the fight (and usually better than other higher level players). But I've had SO many battles ruined and time wasted by these bots. It's gotta drive legit players even crazier, especially against something tough like Lugia. :
Wouldn't be mad if they would at least help. It's hard enough with only 4 trainers
It's not any different from what I've experienced in person. Having a full lobby and then seeing 3 Pokémon left at the start of the raid.
In town I live in they do same shit with gyms near me

A problem i have is my dynamax Pokémon are weak. Need a gigantimax to power up. Cant defeat gigantimax raids.
There are totally automated apps on rooted android that would do absolutely every task you want them to do. Of course these bots have tiers , the more expensive you get the more options you have. You can have the bot just doing 800 rocket battle per daay. Or just have the bot running certain field researh so the bot will spong, recycle item not needed and if the field research is not the one selected auto deletes it and moves on.

I dont think they are bots, they are pranksters. Just quit the battle before start and mess up the battle of others
Ive always said to myself they should kick anyone who isnt attacking. Surely they can detect when a player isn't moving
There are apps that use bots to send raid or battle invites as well. So you don't have to find someone to send you an invite.
Could be a niantic movement to don't bring remote trade

I live in Indonesia, when the Pokemon collaborated with the Indonesia Foot Ball National Team Associates and they released Pikachu wearing the Indonesian Football national team that can be caught with Raids only, the amount of bots were insane across the country. Every gyms are filled with those bots at the same time. That was insane
You know it's because bots like this people like me who are level 42 are not getting anyone to help us with the raids/max battles. I did one max battle the last weekend. That's it 🙁

I would say its not a problem but if they join and don't attack that's a issue… They can make a bot to get to lv35 and have Gmax Pokémon but cant program them to attack its yikes… Im getting the LV 35 bots as well Right its not bad tell you start effecting other people… with cheats
This happens to me at my local park all the time. Sometimes I be there in an empty park doing a raid when I get like 3 random in person players joining in making me wonder if pple are just waiting in the woods to join the raid lol

Dmax battle need to be revamp.
People should be able to setup a lobby and request for players in designated level range only to join the lobby.
And the lobby should ne bigger than four.
May be 10 or 20 just like the normal raid.
I had kept relobby for entire hour just to find one or two possible team to beat lugia.
And it was extremely frustrating.
