Webstore Ticket Bug?



I just purchased the Journey To Paldea Ticket on the Web Store (confirmed via order history so I know I didn't goof up) but instead I'm seeing the "December Community Day 2025 Ticket" in my in-game inventory, which I did not purchase.

I'm also not seeing the Community Day ticket in the webstore (or in game store) now either.

Anyone else experience anything similar?

    A box for Community Day is available as “Community Day Recap Ultra Ticket Box” with a ticket of the same color and one raid pass.

    It does seem like a goof, but I assume you’ve restarted and confirmed that you did not receive the Timed Research? Just to be entirely sure it’s not only the text that’s wrong.

    Friend of mine has the same problem. For me the issue is. I bought the weekend ticket and the journey to Paldea is gone from shop now

    Yup. Happened to me. Immediately reached out to support with no response. Also gone from the shop for me.

    Yep same thing happened to me a bit ago. Someone else posted a thread about it and it’s been happening to everyone who bought the ticket. I’m sure they’ll fix it eventually and give a very minor consolation like a premium raid pass or something

    Im going with getting the community day ticket because I got it for 2 dollars instead of 5 dollars. Im just hoping they dont take away the ticket once they realize the glitch.

    Was gonna buy the community day ticket but after I bought the paldea ticket it disappeared from the web store entirely

    Happened to me as well. In game support said they’d be correcting the ticket and removing the comm day one and giving out the paldea one to all trainers affected.

    Dunno how long that’s gonna take tho.

    This happened to me, I reported it and they said they fixed it I’ll have to check that they April gave me my money back. I had to but in the in game store a second time when I noticed I never received the timed research.
