I can't login to my account. My username and password are both correct. The website sends me an activation email with a code. Once I plug in the code I get an error message saying "Oops there was an error".
Support was zero help. After three rounds of emailing back and forth, their advice was to do all the noob stuff: clear cache, try a different browser, disable VPN, etc.
The last line of their email was, "Since we are unable to provide further assistance with this matter, we may not respond to future inquiries on the same subject."
I think the issue is clearly on their end. But does anyone have any ideas?
