Weird opinion but Mega Lucario Z looks more of a regional pokemon form rather than mega.

I don't know how to describe it. The color pallet for some reason gives me water type vibes.

By no means do I hate this design, infact I quite love it. However Looking at it, if you shown me at face value I'd believe it's a regional form
