Based on the Gigantoraptor (specifically from Ark: Survival Ascended) revived from the Beak Fossil. This was originally going to be a Past Paradox Meganium, but as I drew it further, I thought it'll be better as its own thing, you can still kind of see it from its head shape. Also, I've finally completed a full evolution set for once with the pre-evolution, lol.
