This guy threw out his back and wants you to get a Grapploct to use Octolock on him to fix it, but I used my FRIEND 🙂 instead! (The reward for this sidequest is the TM for Facade, which to me implies that he didn't actually throw out his back. It was all a Facade, he just wanted to get squeezed by tentacles.)
