The screen shots are of my highest CP mons. I was about to use my Elite Charged TM on my Melmetal to get Double Iron Bash, but now I'm wondering if that would be the best use for it. I only sort of understand all the stat stuff in this game, so I figured someone may know better. Of the ones on this list, which one would you use it on? Thanks in advance!
