I lied. I ONLY GOT 2 FLINCH WHILE THEY GOT 5! Because the run I did felt so good, I thought I got 2 flinches in before the second sync move but no. So yes, while this run requires a lot of luck from getting flinches, not getting frozen, not losing Pikachu to the second sync move, and paralysis triggers, it is possible to complete the run with quite bad flinch luck.
