Minor bug/typo in the Go Pass where Goomy Candy is labeled as Sliggoo Candy! Nothing major, but I’ve never encountered something like this with prior Go Pass rewards. I didn’t see any other posts about this, so I figured I would share with you all!

Holding out ever so slight hope that labeling something as just Sligoo instead of Goomy means Hisuian Sligoo is on the way??? Yes it’s a reach but I can dream. I want my mini-mini Dialga.

I remember a punny post about this issue but the post received several unkind comments so maybe they took it down.
i noticed this too last week and asked my local group if it was new. i thought the candies were supposed to be Binacle, Vanillite, Bergmite and Stantler too

Sounds like they need to bring back the “Minor Text Fixes”

Yo, Niantic! A copy editor could catch this stuff ahead of time and correct it. HMU

Best guess here: they used a standard template for part for the list here.
They program the selected pokemon and the same candies for the nearby nodes. XYZ pokemon, XYZ candy.
Some choices start in their second form, some don’t.
Call it a proof reading thing.

Just yesterday lolled at the “special candies” at Go Pass😂 Sliggoo, Avalugg, you name it but funny bug. Maybe they did it to make everyone at least understand the candies are related to encounters there
