Avalugg was, unfortunately, just kinda there in X and Y, which sucks, since I quite like it. I didn't go too crazy with the design, since there isn't really much you can add to a living iceberg, but what really makes this stand out is it's all new ability.
As we all know, ice is a horrible type defensively, and Avalugg is built like a tank. So, I decided to give it an ability that turns it's rock and fighting weaknesses into resistances, that being Packed Ice.
