Had this graded, didn’t at all consider that it’d get a ten. It was one of those cards I just wanted encapsulated to frame or display in my office.
There’s a print error in the bottom border towards the center, and splotches of missing texture throughout – you can actually see it on charizard’s knee. The left/right centering is also outside the 45/55 guidelines for a 10. I was floored to see the grade.
I’ve graded a few cards, most better looking than this one. Never lucked out like this. Guess the grader had a good day. Has anyone else experienced something like this recently? I know PSA has had its share of recent controversy surrounding 10s.
