    Does anyone know if the Costume pikachu shiny have been turned on? I did like a 120 of those research tasks and got no shiny whatsoever.

    It's a really bad event the seasonal sudowoodo spawns are taking up the wild spawn so you can travel to a pokestop with a sudowoodo at it or click one in the wild and it not have the costume so legit wasting your shiny luck on ones that cannot be shiny also wild pikachu is shiny boosted as well lol.
