This is a regional Morelull and Shiinotic I've drawn it's a Grass and Ghost type.
Morelull: The Wandering Pokemon
– This Pokemon likes to wander around at night time, if you ever see one wandering around during the day: you've already been affected by its spores, in a deep sleep
Shiinotic: The Shy Mushroom Pokemon
– Now that it's bell is semi-transparent and can't hide its face, it cowers in fear at the site of someone seeing it, it fleas faster than normal in rain.
