This is Crowcter (pronounced how you would say doctor but put crow instead of the do) and the dex entry would be "When a crowcter senses a sickness they will fly to where they sense the illness. The crowcter will do what they can to make the person or pokemon better. People say crowcter sightings take back to the medieval era when there were a lot of plagues."
