Somehow, I was doing a raid in person with a friend of mine and 5 other remote raiders, and this zekrom appeared to be windy weather boosted even though the weather at the time was partly cloudy. My friend also happened to get the weather boost as well.It was windy earlier on in the day, but I dont see how that affects the status of the Raid Boss.
