I was photobombed by Smeargle with a Blacephalon with Mind Blown as the charged move. I received Icy Wind as the charged move. It’s my understanding that Smeargle can learn any charged move other than return or frustration. Wondering if this is a bug due to the move being recently released or functioning as intended.
