I can’t say I recommend the 5*-Only Lucky Scout. Too random and getting a character that is helpful to you might be rare. Especially on an account like mine which is heavily invested in. I can see this banner being more useful for a newer account though. Special Costume Ingo did get me an extra win in Bug Tower (Floor 13), so he is actually the GOAT and I recommend you scout him (I’M JOKING JUST GET BENGA).
