Just starting Mega raids—evolve this Marshtomp or try Swampert again?

I’ve just begun getting into raids and Mega raids specifically. I had previously caught this Marshtomp and it’s IVs seem fine, not great.

I joined a remote raid and defeated Swampert, so I have 260 mega energy but I failed to capture that swampert in the end. Is it worth remote raiding again and continuing to try until I get one, or would this Marshtomp evolve into a good enough Swampery that I don’t need to worry about buying more remote passes?
