Not gonna lie I really like this tiny collection

Only 25 cards in it but theyre all quite frankly awesome! What set was this that only had 25 cards and all rares? I gotta find the rest but fortunately these cards are basically Penny's. Except for that surfing Pikachu vmax. That was 5 or 6 bucks
