Built a DIY Pokémon card scanner with fold-out lights to reduce glare on sleeved cards

Built a small DIY card scanner after fighting glare caused by perfect-fit sleeves. Fold-out LED lights let me adjust angles instead of moving the card. Not perfect, but scan consistency is way better — included a glare vs adjusted comparison. Just sharing the idea, not selling.
