Can anyone explain why there's a difference in eDPS between water counters, flying counters, and electric attackers? I'm comparing Shadow Raikou. I'm fully aware that the "e" is effective, but in this case it seems like the eDPS is actually lower as a counter than an attacker, and even more confusingly, it's eDPS is lower as a water counter vs. a flying counter, when surely it's just a straight x1.6 SE damage to both?
If anyone can explain this I'd be super appreciative. Thanks!
