They are inspired by the Spittlebug, an insect that creates a foam to protect itself, so I turned that into soapy bubble bugs
Bugble (Bug+Bubble) is supposed to be very friend shaped and adorable because 2 things kids love are bubbles and bug.
Spuddlebub (Sud+Spittlebug+Bubble) just more resembles a real Spittlebug that i tried to make cute or at least very likeable and get the point across and looking different enough
