Which is the best option for this shlundo I got ? Or should I just keep it as a Kyurem and max it out.

Black is ranked #7 and white is ranked #11 as overall raid attackers.
Up to you, both are great.
You can decide which looks better I guess.

do you pvp?

White is the #1 ice type attacker in the game. Black is #2.
Black is the #4 dragon type attacker in the game. White is #5.
Basically it depends on what you need on your team, but they’re so close it doesn’t actually matter.
What should make the difference is the adventure effect:
If you are good at circle lock, prioritize White. If you struggle to make Excellent throws consistently, prioritize Black.

Black looks cooler, however white has far more use as both an ice raid attacker and as a rocket counter to steamroll them faster, whereas black is only for raiding really. Both are great raiders and pvp

For raids, Kyurem W is the stronger ice type attacker in general, as Kyurem B doesn’t have an ice type fast attack and their charge attack takes longer to fill.
However, KB’s Freeze shock hits HARD, so when you boost it with party power, KB becomes the higher DPS ice type attacker.
Averaged against *every possible* raid, Kyurem Black is the higher DPS of the 2, even moreso with party power.
For PvP, the better choice depends on the season, and who your other 2 mons are. Currently White is ranked higher, across the past 4 seasons black has been rated higher.
They each have an adventure effect. Kyurem White’s gives a 1.5x catch boost, and makes the catch circle rapidly shrink pas Nice throws, but shrinking much slower for greats and excellent circles.
Kyurem Black gives a 1.25x catch boost, and makes it so that pokemon cannot attack (randomly become uncatchable for 2 seconds) or move (drift left to right, or fly to the top of the screen).
Personally I LOVE KB’s adventure effect, and use it over KW’s even though I have access to both.
Lastly,
#KYUREM MUST KNOW THE MOVE GLACIATE BEFORE YOU FUSE.
Otherwise you can *never* learn their Legacy Move. You will have to unfuse, use an ETM to learn Glaciate, and spend 1000 more fusion energy to refuse.

Some people say KB black needs hundo stats to be truly competitive in PVP, whereas white has some squishiness and even a 15/13/15 performers comparably to a hundo. If we can see what other kyurems you have it might make out advice better. Personally I used my hundo on white since I mainly raid and rocket battle with him, destroys dragon and flying grunts

White has the edge in nearly every aspect. The only 2 reasons to consider black over white are if A) you hate bosses jumping/moving so much on the catch screen that you’re willing to sacrifice a little general power in order to stop them from moving with its adventure effect, or B) you already have at least 1/2 good IV white kyurem. I won’t lie the adventure effect of black is clutch on a very few boss Pokémon, but “very few ” actually means it, and white/the circle lock technique can easily make up for even some of those.
