What’s the point of black kyurem?

So like is black kyurem kinda pointless? Like I thought the whole idea was that white kyurem was for raids and black for pvp, but now white kyurem is better in both pvp and raids?! Like what's the point in black kyurem, it doesn't have a ice fast move so that just mskes it worse, like why get one besides the dexter entry when you could just get another white
