It's a bit more bulky and the pipes mimic a marching band uniform (The old one is the second one). It's name is kaiyuba and it's a water steel type.
Kaiyuba spend their life practicing to make the loudest and proudest roar they can. It can go minutes without breathing letting them perform they're symphonies with ease. While they are quite prideful, they honestly enjoy to perform to other pokemon and considers it's fans like family. While normally used for music, their tell is capable of unleashing powerful jets of water at any who threaten them or any fans it might have accumulated.
Kaiyuba has a signature move called "brass destruction" it's special move with 100 power that's basically a water type, sound based, solar beam that causes rain. Kaiyuba spends a turn building up water before releasing it into the sky as a giant beam, then it swings it tail down crushing it's target with the beam.
