This Mythical Pokémon is based on the legend of the Suscon Screamer, which is said to be the ghost of a young bride who hanged herself after being abandoned by her fiancé. It has shadowy wisps for "arms" and its "dress" has ragged holes in it. It haunts the bridge where it died, appearing to those who stop their car there at night or honk their horn three times.
