I recently bought a card online from a seller with around 100 5-star reviews, so when i saw a card i wanted for a good price i bought it. (it’s just a binder card, so i did not mind it wasn’t near mint)
I bought a Togepi expansion stamped card from Team Rocket Returns. Upon arrival i noticed the card wasn’t holographic, but it did have the stamp. Also the quality of the print seems off.
The seller is 100% sure that this is a real card, just not holo. Am i crazy or is this a fake card?
