Hi all! I have two particular Shadow Raikou that I'm trying to choose between as far as what I should invest in. My highest attack Raikou is 15/7/15, but my best IV Raikou is 14/14/15. My understanding is that the 15/7/15 is the better Shadow Raikou, but what do y'all think? I also have a few that I could purify into Hundos… Is it worth it to do so?
