Yeah and when I was in elementary school every Friday was pizza day. That didn’t mean that we had to stuff our faces full of pizza for 24 hours straight. On Opening Day in baseball the players aren’t on the field all 24 hours straight and on graduation day the ceremony only last like an hour.
Turns out that when an event occurs on a specific day you might have a celebration of that day without the event lasting for a full day.

I never understood the reason behind the 3 hours. Nobody complained about the 11-5. Why go back to the 3 hours? How do they profit from this?

I wish Community Day events could be started with a personal item/incense that lasts 3 hours instead of the specific timeframe. Have the item be available from like 6am-8pm or whatever schedule raids use but let us start the event when we’re free.

Devil’s Advocate here: it’s all about perspective. Globally, community day lasts for 26 hours (from the start of the first time zone to the end of the last). Locally, it’s 3 hours.
