This is Grubiglum, the Sad Bug PKMN, probably the saddest bug ever.
(Entry #1) Blazing Hot:
Upon evolution, Gloomite's sadness has increased tenfold. Grubiglum is always in a bad mood and will spend most of its time sulking in isolation. The water that runs through its body is made out of the tears that it has cried.
(Entry #2) Freezing Cold:
It hardly ever moves, since it prefers to save all of its energy just to cry and weep. It rarely shows positivity or excitement towards something.
Grubiglum evolves from Gloomite at level 9, and evolves at level 19.
