My PokeStops always got approved but the past year every one has been denied yet Mile Markers on the damn freeway get approved! Plus I’m now afraid they’ll ban my account for submitting.

Yes i agree with the spawn rate! When I traveled to Japan it would re-spawn every 10 min or so, but when i went back to America. The spawn rate is hourly or worst every couply hours.
This is nice, but… not actually very helpful for us rural players in the US. There aren't bus stops out here! And streets corners aren't much better.
Not including us puertorricans to have more quality of life with extra Pokestops is low…but I'm not surprised coming from Niantic/ Scopely.
I'm in the Braeswood neighborhood in Houston, TX. There is only one Pokestop.

street signs make a lot of sense actually. especially if its a historic street.
We got 5 in our neighborhood (that is continually expanding with new construction). It DID trigger a former stop into a gym.
What about rural areas that have limited landmarks or historical buildings to make pokestops??
The town's welcome sign is close to my driveway, but because it's off the highway, wayfarer people won't accept my nomination, so I decided to just quit playing.
I am rural and I have been lucky with new feature. Prior to this feature there was a pokestop a mile away. Now I have 5 new pokestops that I can see from my house. I am in Texas and have been unable to go anywhere because of ice. Tomorrow I should be able to hit them all
Your 100 percent right, slow now, hyped from Go Tour to Go Fest. Then slow, the Go Wild in Christmas time. Rinse and repeat.
I can imagine for the likes of the outer boros of NYC that poke stops could appear on every other corner and some existing poke stops could become additional gyms.
Gyms are under construction glitch still not fixed but lets add new things.
that's all fine and dandy but I recently submitted new nominations… which, for some reason, triggered the algorhythm to "re-examine" some things I had approved a couple years ago and some of them were reapproved, but others were rejected that were perfectly legitimate wayspots.

Bus stops as Pokestop should have been since the early game. For years, it was rejected.
The spawn rate is reduced by A LOT. During the Foongus spotlight hour, I caught only 399 Foongus. Normally, I can catch around 850-1000. And both scenarious I always use the Palkia adventure effect.

Pokestops are good but Gyms make or break the player experience. Hopefully these will lead to a few more Gyms pop up for isolated players.
Bus stop is still better pokestop than Children playground.
Pokestops and gyms should not rely on appeals. Ones that are allowed should go through
In future level increment level 81-100 will not require how much xp amount but replace with extremely super duper hard special research.
Once the extreme super duper hard special research task was done then players eligible to level up with a bunch of in game items was awarded.
The special research can be hard until seem to be mission impossible!
For example, make 1000 excellent curve throw in a row!!!!!

There is literally no reason not to have more gyms in rural areas.
More gyms just equals more raids, which means more chances of the lower tier raids popping up.
There is a very tiny percentage of people that are actually remote raiding for one star raids.
I've legitimately seen so many rural player that have hundreds of raid passes just rotting away in their inventory.
And if you've only got one or two raids in your area, and they're constantly being cycled with mega or legendaries, then you don't even get to use them.
