Well, the idea was making a freestyle rapper Pokemon (Got it from my friends OC) made this, and liked it quite a lot. But I don't know the direction I'm going with it. I figured out that it has to be a Normal type, cuz Music. But idk how would it actually attack, which starter moves it should have, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, how should it evolve.
