Is it still possible to hit Level 100 in the Pass?

I rejoined the game after like 6 years 2 weeks ago. I have been doing the daily and weekly missions since the two weeks but I am not sure if I can still finish it. And I really don't feel like buying the Pass with the 10 extra lvls.

I am now lvl 88 and I don't have any quests left for the week, I also finished the daily for today. Is there another way to grind XP?

I really really want that legendary lvl 100 Pokemon as I only have like 2 legendarys from 2020.
