I just saw the video, and I honestly didn’t like he got some things wrong, like he claims that the detective Pikachu game ripped off Zootopia but detective Pikachu start development in 2013, and the whole idea that a demo was developed a month after Zootopia is completely stupid, And second he claims that there was no sequel due to the movie not performing well, but a sequel was planned, but it was reworked into a series that never saw the light of day, which I’ll just give him points for that.
Those are my only complaints, I just thought the video was okay. But What do you think?

Ive only seen the movie to be fair, but if the game plot is even remotely similar I have no idea what you could say is a ripoff of Zootopia of all things
he did not say it ripped off zootopia, he was just pointing out the similar storyline, he brought up the original japanese version to illustrate that it didnt rip it off. and for the second part, he said that he knows that his theory is not based in any official information, just the vibe he gets.
He specifically says the game *didn’t* rip off Zootopia. Saying how the early missions with the similarities were released back in 2016.
