F*ck, Squirtle comm day classic was my first comm day, so I didn't even know why there were so many Squirtle, let alone why some had sunglasses, so I didn't keep any outside of my first shiny, which was a Squirtle.
Sunglasses Squirtle had 3 appearances technically. Community Day Classic brought it back as well. Me and a friend got our flawless ones during the 3rd circle. Mum got hers from me, it was ironically called Duke Nukem.
It's worth noting there are two versions of the flower crown as well, or something else that looks like it. One has more green stem in it. The other has less or no green.
I have a shiny sunglasses Blastoise and I have the flower Eevee and I got these later in the game. So they have definitely been rereleased in the game.
I have a fragment hat pikachu shiny, caught near my home in England. Yes, in 2018. I evolved ot to Raichu and best buddied it as it was my first ever shiny Pikachu 🙂

I got lucky and I have a shiny blastoise with the sunglasses. Never got that pikachu but I transferred that eevee 😅
