I have been studying-drawing-painting Original Ken Sugimori designs since November. This is probably the 20th one so far. There are still a lot of things I want to figure out, but I’m really enjoying it so far.
I’ve always loved his artwork, nothing else has really come close to it for me. The watercolor work was just so hard to beat! With the very little use of black, and lighter/darker versions of the same color is just genius.
I’m new here! I just wanted to share these here and there when I make them/find other people who appreciate his masterpieces.
