I just encountered AND CAUGHT a 2310CP Skeledirge in the wild while using a standard incense, I thought "oh this has to be a Zoroa" but it wasn't!? I looked it up and it says to encounter this spawn while not part of an event like GO Fest is like less than 1% 1 in a million type encounter!? Anyone else???

Proof of wild catch, NOT using a Daily Incense, just the regular incense, and I don’t believe he even had the incense circle around him when he spawned..
Yea sometimes you can encounter evolved pokemon in the wild
