Which Pokémon had the worst transitions from 2D to 3D?

I can't explain it, but Hydreigon seems much more intimidating to me in its 2D version. The sprite really emphasizes its heads, and from what I remember, they were animated in a way that made them look like they were fighting each other. The 3D version, however… makes it look kind of silly, with flat feet and thin wings.
