Mine is the Mina SR from Fairy Rise. I posted as a comment on the Durant post and wanted to see if anyone else has any to share. This is a screenshot from ebay as I am at work but you can see the brush stroke texturing. As far as I know, there are no other cards designed like this. I just think it is beautiful. I also love the "messy" blue outline around it.
