“When many Cirrlet gather they become Voltumulus. And when multiple Voltumulus gather they can generate strong typhoons. They use their lower clouds to zap flying prey. Despite this, Voltumulus are not very confrontational.”
Based on Siphonophores and stinging Jellyfish. Mixed with Storm clouds and “raining jellyfish” phenomena. Final evolution takes inspiration from lightning sprites and Cumulonimbus clouds.
