Finally sorted my childhood Base Set binder – German cards are just different!

I rediscovered my old binder from the late 90s and decided to finally sort it properly.

The German Base Set cards evoke so many nostalgic feelings – Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur… the names just sound different when you grew up with them.

I'm still missing a few holographic cards to complete the set, but it's a great feeling to finally see them neatly sorted after more than 20 years.

Does anyone else here collect vintage sets that aren't from England? I'd love to see other European collections!
