I should have gotten candy and energy via adventure sync, but nothing happened. This is the SECOND time today this has happened in a row. As you can see in the two photos, the one taken at 10:22 says I walked 1.3 km. This was taken right after I opened the app. Once adventure sync finally loaded, the meter changed to reflect that I have indeed walked the required distance. However, after waiting for a long time, there have been no changes.
I really wanted to mega evolve my Ampharos today, but now I can't and I've been wasting my time for nothing. Does anyone know a fix? I've tried everything I can think of.
