  1. $17 for a surging sparks pack should be considered a crime against humanity

  2. Aggravating_Use_5391

I saw $20/ea at a random kiosk in the Denver airport!

  3. schmiddybaby

That’s insane… no wonder they are all still sitting there. I absolutely refuse to pay anything above market price… if it’s not market price, I just simply don’t buy it.

  4. Sniffawiffagus

Dont buy it. Thats the only thing you can really do atp.

  5. Beneficial-Train7015

    And I thought 8$ a pack was a crime

  6. Cute_Ad_1612

On release I saw 45 (CAD) on Prismatic. That shit was atrocious 😭

  7. DoctorReinhardt

The biggest form of payback you can give is to not buy it.

At that price they’ll likely sit there

  8. GossipGavin

don’t worry they will very soon be going below that when they can’t get rid of them lowkey

  9. SwingmanSealegz

Their landed costs for this display are probably higher than MSRP, but $17 is still criminal.

  10. Initial_Row_6400

Oh wow. That’s almost as bad as that airport machine post

  11. AppleAppellation

If I was super drunk I wouldn’t even make this purchase and this is coming from someone who once bought a $800 vintage neon Coca-Cola sign when drunk.

  13. Electronic_Menu_2244

I was at Newbury Comics yesterday and had to do the walk of shame when they started ringing Phantasmal up at 14.99.. like what the hell. No thank you

  14. xMF_GLOOM

Absolutely blows my mind folks rip any modern pack worth even more than $7 😂

i saw something like this going for $25 at a random tourist trap souvenir shop one time. i get that those establishments will overprice stuff regardless but $25 for one pack of cards has to be illegal.

    It’s Sugar, right?

Same price for loose packs in their American Dream Mall store. They had an ABUNDANCE of stock, I was shocked until they told me the prices.

  18. EarthPuma120

I just got a 151 booster bundle for $27 from a Pokémon vending machine. These people can suck it.

  21. Milla4Prez66

Makes me happy to see all that stock sitting there then. Eventually these mfers need to see Pokemon cards collecting dust on their shelves at their scalped prices.
