For some reason the loading bar keeps getting stuck at around 80 or 90% and the game never loads but only on mobile data, I'm always able to enter the game on wifi. Tried clearing the cache, turning airplane mode on and off, didn't work. The only way I managed to fix this was clearing the game data but 2 weeks later it started happening again. Anyone know of a permanent fix for this? I don't want to have to delete and redownload all the assets every 2 weeks.

Maybe try changing your DNS server on your mobile data. Hope you can find a fix for your problem.
I had a similar issue a few years ago – anything Google related, including logging into PoGo, didn’t work for me on mobile. I could log in on Wi-Fi and then continue playing on mobile but that was it.
It just fixed itself in a couple of days 🤷♂️ hope the same happens for you
the only time i get that if your mobile data is used up and you get data limited, at that time boosting is quite impossible since games need stable connection with “decent” down/upload which data limited lack pretty much, have my doubt thats the problem but worth a try
