So I was rewatching some epsidoes of the pokemon diamond and pearl series. I then ran into an epsilon which involved stopping hunter J , a gangster mafia business woman who illegally transports pokemon to her customers , from delivering the lake guardins to cyrus . This made me wonder what if Tobias got his darkrai and latios from hunter J? If this is true then Tobias technically cheated as he used the black market to get his hands on legendary pokemon.
