This is old art. I was 19.
Gold is the version of Ethan from pokemon gold and silver and there is also Ethan from pokemon Heartgold and soulsilver.
The colors were picked at the time.
This drawing was before I knew how to draw legs and the torsos where squares.
I tried to emulate that official art look.
A theory I heard was that Ethan is 4'11 feet so I based the height on that.
