i had a dream where somone threw this huy out and i woke up so excited I busted out this shitty drawing of it before I could forget. its name is Nosferatooth. he's a pure dark type who can learn any hp stealing moves in the game. his ability boost damage of said hp draining move and boosts the amount of hp these moves heal.
