I went to Staples to have my picture taken so I could renew my passport. While in line for checkout, my gf noticed the rack of Pokemon cards and said I should get some! At first I said l wouldn’t because nearly $10 a pack is such a ripoff. As I got closer to checkout, I decided to treat myself to 2 sleeves since it’s been so hard to find any cards since I joined the hobby in November 2025. BOY AM I GLAD I LISTENED TO HER.
Again, I would never recommend anyone, especially newbies like me, to buy packs for way above MSRP, but you really can get lucky sometimes! (Charizard came from the first pack, second pack had absolutely no hits lol)
